Governance model

Emerging Futures Collaborative Limited (EFCL) is a not-for-profit company registered with ASIC on June 10, 2021. EFCL is also an ACNC Registered Charity.

Start-up structure

The ‘start-up’ model comprises eight religious institutes as company members, each appointing a member representative. The Member Representatives met on June 3, 2021 for the first time to appoint a Board of Directors to govern EFCL. Eight Board Directors govern EFCL.

Staffing structure

Three religious hold the part-time roles of Transition Manager (Sharon Price rsm), Charism Animator (Judith Lawson op) and Mission Integration Manager (Linda Ferrington rsc). Joanne Goldrick holds the role of Shared Services Manager. Mario Fricot is the Finance Manager on a part-time basis. EFCL has two consultants in the roles of Organisation Consultant and Safeguarding and Professional Standards provider.
